Lewes Road Planning Success

We are so pleased to announce that Brighton & Hove planning committee unanimously resolved to grant planning permission for the erection of a four-storey mixed-use development in this derelict site on Lewes Road, Brighton. The council praised the design approach and the relationship between the new building and the terraced houses to the south.

Our clients, Southdown Housing Association, are a specialist-housing provider and landlord, who provide much needed supported homes for vulnerable people, along with in-house personalised support, to enable people to live as independently as possible in their community.

The 12 new units will be a much-needed addition to their housing portfolio, and we are very proud to be part of the process.
