Our clients, Southdown, are one of the largest not-for-profit specialist providers of care, support and housing services for vulnerable people in Sussex, and we are very excited to be working with them on this wonderful project.
Having previously obtained a planning permissions for this site, for a different client, we were approached by Southdown to help them come up with a redesign that was more suitable for their very specific housing needs.
The proposal is for the demolition of the existing 3no. storey commercial and residential building. Erection of a 4no. storey mixed-use development, comprising 12no. one-bed flats and a commercial unit on the ground floor.
A planning application has been submitted and we await its outcome.
