Whilst Associate Director at KCA, a Dubai based client asked Martin and the team to create a unique apartment design package. The client was so impressed with Martin and KCA's previous work (which included the iconic Burj Al Arab designs and Jumeriah Beach Hotel) that they were tasked with creating some new, unique and flexible apartments, that offered groundbreaking innovations within a new exciting residential market in Dubai.
The end of each apartment block had stunning curved facades with a view over the sea/dessert. In addition, they created 'State of the Art' apartments that included a revolving seating area that followed the passing of time throughout the day.
